Terms
Last updated: 2026-07-03. These terms describe the baseline operating rules for using Hoodly during launch and pilot use.
Use Hoodly only through your own account and only for the estate, role, and records you are authorized to handle.
Committee users are responsible for entering accurate reasons, dates, approvals, and supporting evidence for sensitive state changes.
Payment tools support capture, reconciliation, and audit evidence. The estate remains responsible for confirming bank, M-Pesa, and supplier settlement outside Hoodly where required.
Do not share passwords, bypass access controls, scrape tenant data, upload unsafe files, or use another resident's identity.
Launch and pilot features may change as the estate verifies workflows. Material operational decisions should be captured in the workspace or a signed agreement, not only in chat.
